The pup and I went for a little walk down to the pond. Today was one of those days where the blues and golds of November made everything look picture perfect - so I took a picture.
The pond is hosting a geese party and our pup hasn't yet figured out how to swim over to play with them. (sure, play, right...) She has tried walking on water, but it isn't working out too well for her - even when she tries to get a head start with a running jump. She doesn't seem to understand why the surface will not hold her when she puts her foot down. And the whole sinking paws into the mud thing just isn't acceptable!
Think I'll go home and dry off the pup.
